This set is okay. It looks nice from a distance but up close there are visible screws and small dents and dings. I was planning to assemble it myself but it arrived on a day that my handyman was here so I asked him to do it. He had an assistant with him and it took them about an hour to put together. They didn’t have any issues other than the aforementioned dings which he pointed out to me as soon as he opened the boxes and before he removed the pieces from the packaging so I know it arrived like that. I suppose it’s risky to ship metal but the packaging definitely could’ve been more protective. The chairs are going to need pads— not comfortable enough to sit on for too long and being black metal they will get very hot in the sun.This patio set arrived in multiple boxes, which made it easier to handle. Assembly was very straightforward and simple with easy to follow instructions. Even the necessary hex key is included. The finished product is well made and comfortable, though a pillow made for patio seats makes it even better. It's attractive and since it's all metal it should last a very long time. Over time, a paint job may be required but what is a few cans of spray paint compared to buying a new table and chairs.... I'd recommend this patio furniture for anyone with a small or medium patio or deck.I ordered the 37” table & 4 chairs. Super nice, very durable, I was surprised how sturdy it was. It was easy to put together, all the holes lined up right & took me & husband about an hour for the whole thing. It’s not solid black, there is little specks of tan in it if you look close but that made me like it even more cause it really matches my deck. It came in 3 boxes, that came kind of banged up, so I was a little scared it was damaged. But the only things wrong : lots of scratches on one chair back & there was a gouge out of the paint on top of the table (why only 4 stars) annoying but not enough to send it back considering the fair price.Love this table. It was perfect and just what I was looking for. I’m only concerned that I might need cushions for it. I’m afraid the sun and heat in the summer will make the chair hot and burn. But that’s an easy fix. As well as getting an umbrella. Assembly was easy and it has lasted through the rain (no chips or rust). Customer service was also very kind and helpful.This item will come in TWO separate orders. I was not told this and only got one tracking number. I was very surprised when only the table showed up, I emailed the company and they emailed back the next day explaining the chairs were coming within the next few days in another order (no tracking number). Once the chairs arrived I was excited but soon discovered I got a few wrong parts as I was trying to assemble. I once again emailed the company and the next day they emailed me back saying they will send me the correct parts. The following week I got the correct parts. I got everything put together and love the look of this set on my patio!The first table arrived damaged but customer service walked us through compensation options and eventually sent us a replacement table at no cost. The table and chairs are very sturdy and well built. They are easy to assemble and look great. Can’t beat the price.This was a house warming gift for my son in another state. Arrived in good shape and he said it was easy to put together. He loves it. I spent a lot of time searching for the right patio set and this was it!Great table for the money. Easy enough to assemble solo - had to force some of the screws in order to get pieces to fit, but nothing that would make me question the construction of the piece. Been outside on my porch and no signs of weathering. Very happy with my purchase!
