I tried to be patient, take it slow. I didn’t have any help and after I got chair assembled it seemed to getting easier. But God help me that this was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. The Allen wrench is a joke! Took FOREVER to get it put together.The quality does not seem to be worth the $300 I spent on it. Don’t get me wrong it’s nice but it’s plastic and pretty low to the ground. I’m going to give it the benefit of the doubt because I can’t return it now. But if I could I think I would. ?Reviews worried us about assembly but it was not hard. Husband was able to put it together easily and maybe an hour to put it together. It is on the smaller side and sits a little lower than a regular lawn chair. It is not premium quality but for the price I paid it's about what I expected. The cushions seem to be easy to wipe off but again not high end materials. Overall pleased and happy with purchase.Love this set a lot! Our patio is a bit on the smaller side so it's size is perfect. The chairs and love seat are comfortable and nice looking. It took some time to put it all together, but the instructions were easy to understand - just know you'll have to invest some time into with assembly.I have to say I was a little disappointed when I got the set delivered from FedEx. The boxes were busted open and parts were falling out. After I put most of the set together, I noticed that one of the chairs was built wrong from the manufacturer. The steel frame was upside down inside the Wicker. There was no way to fix it. I E-mailed the Seller. They were quick to respond. They did not have the back of the chair part that I needed replaced. so they sent me out two whole new chairs! Great customer service and very fast at replying to questions and E-mails, I had the new chairs in a few days. Furniture is great for the price but like the other reviews say it is a pain to put together using the supplied small Allen wrench. I found it so much easier to replace the screws with ones that have a square head and use a real crescent wrench. over all nice set and great customer service.It’s a beautiful setIt was just what I needed.Good buy but putting them together with an Allen Wrench is a total pain in ARSSSS..... Would have been so bad if the holes lined up properly and you didn't have to force them in. But over all they are cute and decent for the price.Very good product. After my suggestion 5 of my friends bought the same furniture set
