Fast delivery and great package. 2 posts came in with slight dent. But I don’t think it’s sellers fault, but probably due to the fact the material is light aluminum. The dents are very small , not noticeable once installed. I give 4 stars, because instruction is not clear. A lot of time we have to guess the drawings and re-do it a couple of time. A installation video will be nicer on the Amazon page.For its price, it fits my budget and purpose. And it looks great !A little wobbly... but anchored down should be good. We love itWe really like this product! However it was difficult to put together. The instructions are all pictures, and they are labeled by letters. There is only one specific way you can put it together in order for it to work, and the instructions are not clear exactly how that is. We ended up having to take it apart and rearrange the pieces in order for it to work. My husband is in construction and builds things for a living, so generally we are pretty good at putting things together. It seems to be lasting well outside in the sun and in the rain. Water pools on the top and drips down a little bit, but I think that’s going to be true for any kind of canvas like top. Overall, we are satisfied with this product outside of the instructions and putting it together.Directions were less than helpful. The view in the diagrams of the assembled unit is backward verses how it actually goes together. Also the picture on Amazons website shows a taught flat roof cover verses the actual design that has a floppy sectional roof that allows water accumulation. In addition, the middle roof slider on the end of the roof gets jammed making it difficult to fully retract the roof.Gosh was this a bitch and a half to assemble… and then when we got it up and tried to move it the legs were bending and almost snapping in half. I currently have it tied up to the house to keep it from collapsing or blowing way.The instructions of this pergola is horrible at it’s best. Just pictures and alphabets tell you where to put where and you have to figure out the entire thing. Took for ever to make due to very poor instructions however with clear instructions i would say it would have been fitted with 2 hours.Looks little flimsy but over all fine. It they could put a longer pulling cloths on the ceiling cover that would have been nice for shorter people.Also all 4 side slide wall/panel should have a clip for pulling it down.Love this pergola! The instructions however left a lot to be desired.Will update review when everything hopefully arrives as it should have!
