Love these chairs. One board was to short when we assembled it. Contacted the seller who immediately sent us the right board. Great service. Will order more chairs from them.Great durable chair... easily holds myself at 290 lbs...and it folds up completely. It took me about 45 minutes to put the 1st one together...after that each took 15 to 20 minutes... highly recommend!!We ordered 2 sets of 4 and are very pleased. The quality is good, especially for the price. We received 7/8 chairs quickly with the last one running late (assume it’s shipping from a different warehouse).They’re easy to assemble. The screws come sorted in a little tray so it’s easy to tell which pieces to use (although the assembly instructions have a mistake). Be prepared that each chair weighs over 40 pounds, so they aren’t easy to haul around. And they fold but not nearly as much as the picture would lead you to believe. I added a photo of one folded.We’re hoping they last for years!One of the 4 chairs I received is defective. It took me three hours to assemble the first chair, the rest were easier but it was seven hours total to assemble all 4. After assembly, I noticed the arms on one chair were defective. I messaged customer service and was offered $30 to keep as is OR they would send me replacement parts for the defective arms. I requested they do both because of the hassle and time, they declined. I would not make another purchase from them because of that response.Great color, easy to put together tooThey were well packaged, Not too hard to assemble, but not easy. Great color. But.... Very hard to get out of once you sit in them. Most all of the adults have to work at it.I have been looking for some good chairs and I’m very happy We found them.
