Great size and thickness. Any thicker and it would make my feet dangle. It is oval so that it doesn't slip around in wider chairs. Use the with the narrower width in less wide chairs. Fits in my foldable reusable polyester shopping bag, which acts as a kind of washable cover/carryall for it. Lightweight, convenient, comfortable. Ordered another one that will live in the car. Great for sufferers of pelvic floor issues.Update: Have bought two more since my first purchase. The first one lives in the car, one at the dining table and one on the livingroom chair. Am tempted to buy (a 4th) one as a back up for 8 hour car trips. It does compress on long duration car trips. Swapping out with a second one would be good. Really, if you differ ftom pelvic floor disorders check with your PT. Mine recommended this one and ai eill be grateful to her forever!
